Big Sister Belle

That's right folks! Baby two is on the way- due April 6th:-)

The Q(uinn) and A(nnie) Moment

Forward: On the way out of church getting into the car, and then again on the way into the house upon getting out of the car Belle spontaneously decided to go running into the road. This has never really been an issue for her, but we have had conversations on this subject many times; never with a conclusion quite like today's.

Annie: "Isabelle! No ma'am! We do not run in the road; that is where the cars are. They will squish you; you will be dead; ehhh." (making a dead face with my tongue out, trying to impress upon her how serious and not fun it would be to be squished by a car)

Belle: Watches and listens to my explanation and is thoughtful as we walk up the stairs to our condo door. Just before we reach the door the light bulb goes on and she suggests, "We go in our car and squish everybody!" Then she goes running into our house shaking her head and squealing in delight.

Annie: I am left standing in the doorway with a shocked expression on my face. It takes me a minute to collect myself so that I can think of an appropriate way to explain the situation to Quinn who is wondering what prompted Belle's gleeful entrance...

Just as a side note: Lately I have been calling Belle, Isabelle Katherine or just Katherine... some of you will know what this implies;-)
