Orlando Family Adventure

Our family spent the first week of July in Orlando, Florida!
We went to attend Jake and Lanie's sealing in the Orlando Temple; the entire Brian-Gillespie-Family was able to be there (my parents, my 6 siblings and their 5 spouses, and all 15 of my nieces and nephews)!
The Sunday before the sealing we held a little meeting at the church: Parker and 3 of his cousins were given infant blessings by their fathers and my niece, Ashley, was baptized!

Parker's blessing was so beautiful- he is such a sweet baby and I know he'll become a healthy, wild little boy soon, but he'll always be my sweetheart.
I am so grateful to Quinn for being such a wonderful father, and for living worthily so that he was able to give Parker this blessing from our Heavenly Father:-)

My sister, Emily bravely brought her one month old daughter, Lilian. Even though Parker is two months older than Lily, he was maybe a pound or two bigger than her... she is a BIG girl:-)
We stayed in a beautiful rental community just outside of Disney World- two 6 bedroom houses with pools in the back yards and a castle play ground across the street...paradise for children of all ages;-)

Same face! I don't remember what Ryan was doing or saying to them, but Aunt Charie and Belle both seemed to think is was funny:-)

We played hard and slept well every day:-)
The time we spent in the Orlando Temple was peaceful and beautiful...we were grateful and honored to be there to share in Jake and Lanie's joy. Spending time in the Temple always allows me the opportunity to shift my focus: from the grind of my day-to-day life, to the bigger picture of my family, our goals, and most importantly God, our Heavenly Father. Being there with my husband, my siblings, and my parents really made it feel like Heaven on Earth:-)
