The title of this post is just a little silliness...Our Artist!
I am a huge fan of school supplies (bouquets of sharpened pencils;-). When the stores put out their back-to-school specials I cannot resist buying lots of them (even though Quinn is the only one in school now-a-days:-) This year I decided Belle was old enough for paints! Yippee!!
She is pretty much great at it and not very messy:-) Once I caught her looking from me to her paper over and over while she was stroking with her brush- I SWEAR she was painting me and afterwards she pointed at it and said, "It's Mama!" No one taught her that- she's just awesome;-)
Eventually she tried the straight from palate to paper approach, sans brushes- still not too messy about it though so whatever-have fun you little creative genius:-)
