Parker Update

Parker boy is our healthy happy little buddy:-) He's been very into his exer-saucer for the past couple of months.

4.5 months

He's been rolling all over the place for the last couple of months, and he's great at doing the backwards inch-worm move (he gets up on his hands and knees and pushes backwards).

5.25 months (he was smiling in these pictures until the flash went off- haha that's why he looks so shocked!)

Parker loves swinging and playing of any kind really- he's a fun sort of fellow:-)

He started teething at 6 months and got his top 'fang teeth' first- just in time to be a dragon for Halloween!Last week his front, bottom two teeth showed up to the party.
Other notes: he weighs twenty pounds and fits perfectly in 12 month clothes; he LOVES Belle, and Quinn and me too, but mostly Belle- he laughs and jumps whenever she makes eye contact (or when he thinks she makes eye contact) with him; he says lots of dadada's and tha's; this past week he's finally started taking a pacifier!; he is pretty good at sitting up, but it doesn't usually last very long before he tips onto his belly to wriggle after something of someone;-); he's really not very in to nursing anymore- he eats 3 or 4 meals of solid food a day and feeds himself puffs and biter bars- he'll only nurse in his room before naps and bed time when he can't hear anything else going on:-); we are still working on sleep training- he has been a great sleeper from the time he was about 7 weeks old but he re-lapsed about a month and a half ago and had a few up-every-two-hours episodes so we started sleep training and he's back to only waking up once or twice a night and sleeping 12 or 13 hours; he usually takes 3 naps (one long nap and two short ones).
Parker is a very happy boy- he loves laughing and slamming his toys to make noise, but he is also sweet and he gives me hugs and kisses:-)
